Description: This rod is one in a selection of new rods from American giant Redington. This particular 9ft 5-wt medium-action is a great one for river applications, using both dry and wet flies. Its action and deeper curve allow you to strike into fish a lot harder than you could with a stiff-actioned rod and playing fish is a lot more enjoyable too. It has an aluminium reel seat with a Rose Dynawood insert, alignment dots, line/weight designations at each ferrule and titanium-oxide stripping guides.
